Our Process

1. Schedule a Discovery Call.

2. During the call we gather information and schedule a consultation.

3. Fill out our Credit Card Authorization form and pay deposit/balance.

4. Relax as we manage behind the scenes, and make sure you have vital documents before travel.

We want to make sure you know what to expect, and your amazing trip is just around the corner. We have 4 main steps for you to follow. Whether you know your exact trip details or not, the first step is a discovery call where we gather all the details for your trip. During that call we will schedule a follow up by phone or zoom to go over your quote. When you have made your final decision, we will email you a credit card authorization form to fill out and process either your deposit or full payment (depending on vendor and date of your booking and travel). After the payment is processed, we will send you an invoice with the due date of any applicable payments along with reservation numbers. 2-3 weeks prior to your trip, we will reach out and send a final itinerary with all the information you will need for your trip.
